Kerman, evalu\u00f3 una estrategia de biofertilizaci\u00f3n basada en microorganismos PGPR (<em>Azospirillum brasilense<\/em> M3 y <em>Pantoea dispersa<\/em> C3) en condiciones reales de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultados agron\u00f3micos: productividad estable con menos insumos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la reducci\u00f3n del 50% de la fertilizaci\u00f3n mineral no comprometi\u00f3 el rendimiento del cultivo en ninguna de las campa\u00f1as evaluadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la campa\u00f1a 2024, a\u00f1o de alta producci\u00f3n dentro del ciclo vecero del pistacho, las parcelas biofertilizadas alcanzaron niveles productivos equivalentes al manejo convencional (~3.200 kg\/ha), manteniendo adem\u00e1s mejores indicadores de vigor y estado general del cultivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultados obtenidos a lo largo del estudio y permiten observar de forma integrada la evoluci\u00f3n del sistema suelo\u2013planta\u2013microbioma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un microbioma m\u00e1s diverso, estable y funcional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El an\u00e1lisis metagen\u00f3mico mostr\u00f3 una comunidad microbiana estructurada y funcionalmente activa, dominada por grupos bacterianos implicados en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ciclo del nitr\u00f3geno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solubilizaci\u00f3n de f\u00f3sforo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformaci\u00f3n de materia org\u00e1nica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabilidad ecol\u00f3gica del suelo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los \u00edndices de diversidad confirmaron un sistema m\u00e1s equilibrado y resiliente tras tres a\u00f1os de biofertilizaci\u00f3n, con mayor redundancia funcional y menor dominancia de especies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Del desequilibrio qu\u00edmico al equilibrio biol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los hallazgos m\u00e1s relevantes del estudio es la desconexi\u00f3n entre el alto contenido total de nutrientes del suelo y su baja disponibilidad real para la planta, una caracter\u00edstica t\u00edpica de los suelos mediterr\u00e1neos calizos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La activaci\u00f3n del microbioma mediante biofertilizaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 mejorar la movilizaci\u00f3n de nutrientes y optimizar su aprovechamiento por el cultivo, reduciendo la dependencia de aportes minerales externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Validaci\u00f3n en condiciones comerciales reales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio comenz\u00f3 sobre un bloque experimental inicial de 100 \u00e1rboles y, tras los primeros resultados, se ampli\u00f3 progresivamente hasta cubrir la totalidad de la finca (m\u00e1s de 120 ha), integr\u00e1ndose en un manejo real de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este escalado progresivo aporta un valor diferencial clave: la validaci\u00f3n del sistema en condiciones comerciales reales, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del entorno experimental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n: eficiencia nutricional basada en biolog\u00eda del suelo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados confirman que la integraci\u00f3n de microorganismos PGPR en estrategias de biofertilizaci\u00f3n permite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducir significativamente el uso de fertilizantes minerales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantener la productividad del cultivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la funcionalidad del suelo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incrementar la diversidad microbiana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avanzar hacia sistemas agr\u00edcolas m\u00e1s sostenibles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estudio posiciona la biofertilizaci\u00f3n como una herramienta clave en la transici\u00f3n
