Kerman, avaliou uma estrat\u00e9gia de biofertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em microrganismos PGPR (<em>Azospirillum brasilense M3<\/em> e Pantoea dispersa C3) em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultados agron\u00f3micos: produtividade est\u00e1vel com menos inputs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados obtidos mostram que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% da fertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mineral n\u00e3o comprometeu a produtividade das culturas em nenhuma das campanhas avaliadas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a campanha de 2024, um ano de elevada produ\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do ciclo alternado do pist\u00e1cio, as parcelas biofertilizadas atingiram n\u00edveis de produ\u00e7\u00e3o equivalentes ao maneio convencional (aproximadamente 3.200 kg\/ha), mantendo tamb\u00e9m melhores indicadores de vigor e condi\u00e7\u00e3o geral da cultura.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um microbioma mais diverso, est\u00e1vel e funcional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A an\u00e1lise metagen\u00f3mica revelou uma comunidade microbiana estruturada e funcionalmente ativa, dominada por grupos bacterianos envolvidos em:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ciclo do azoto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solubiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00f3sforo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria org\u00e2nica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabilidade ecol\u00f3gica do solo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os \u00edndices de diversidade confirmaram um sistema mais equilibrado e resiliente ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas anos de biofertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, com maior redund\u00e2ncia funcional e menor domin\u00e2ncia de esp\u00e9cies.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do desequil\u00edbrio qu\u00edmico ao equil\u00edbrio biol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma das descobertas mais relevantes do estudo \u00e9 a discrep\u00e2ncia entre o elevado teor total de nutrientes do solo e a sua baixa disponibilidade real para a planta, uma caracter\u00edstica t\u00edpica dos solos calc\u00e1rios mediterr\u00e2nicos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ativa\u00e7\u00e3o do microbioma atrav\u00e9s da biofertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o melhorou a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes e otimizou a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pela cultura, reduzindo a depend\u00eancia de inputs minerais externos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valida\u00e7\u00e3o em condi\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais reais<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O estudo iniciou-se com um bloco experimental inicial de 100 \u00e1rvores e, ap\u00f3s os primeiros resultados, foi progressivamente alargado para abranger toda a explora\u00e7\u00e3o (mais de 120 hectares), integrando-se numa gest\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o real.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta escalabilidade progressiva proporciona um diferencial fundamental: a valida\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema em condi\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais reais, para al\u00e9m do ambiente experimental.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclus\u00e3o: Efici\u00eancia nutricional baseada na biologia do solo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados confirmam que a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de microrganismos PGPR em estrat\u00e9gias de biofertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o permite:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduzir significativamente o uso de fertilizantes minerais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da produtividade agr\u00edcola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhorar a funcionalidade do solo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar a diversidade
