Data provided to access technical documentation, catalogs, publications, or corporate information will be processed to manage the requested download and monitor the professional relationship generated.

Personal data provided through the ethics channel or internal reporting channel will be processed to manage communications, complaints, or information received in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

AGRONOVA BIOTECH will adopt the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the informant and any affected third party.
