{"id":3876,"date":"2026-06-25T11:26:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T09:26:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agronovabiotech.com\/pt\/regenerating-soils-and-improving-citrus-the-potential-of-bulhnova\/"},"modified":"2026-06-25T11:34:07","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T09:34:07","slug":"regenerating-soils-and-improving-citrus-the-potential-of-bulhnova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agronovabiotech.com\/pt\/en\/regenerating-soils-and-improving-citrus-the-potential-of-bulhnova\/","title":{"rendered":"Regenerating Soils and Improving Citrus: The Potential of Bulhnova"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agronova Biotech Demonstrates the Potential of Microbiological Biofertilization to Regenerate Soils and Optimize Nutrition in Citrus with Bulhnova<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A<strong> project developed under commercial conditions in the Valencian Community confirms improvements in soil functionality, nutritional stability, and microbial biodiversity through advanced applied microbiology strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agronova Biotech has presented the results of an advanced biofertilization project in citrus developed over the last two seasons in the Valencian Community, aimed at evaluating the impact of beneficial microorganisms on soil functionality under real cultivation conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study, conducted on different citrus varieties\u2014Clementine, Lane Late, and Navelina\u2014integrated physicochemical analyses, enzymatic activity, metagenomics, and agronomic monitoring, enabling analysis of the joint evolution of the soil\u2013plant\u2013microbiome system.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategy was based on the application of Bulhnova, formulated with <em>Azospirillum brasilense<\/em> M3 and <em>Pantoea dispersa<\/em> C3, strains selected for their capacity to fix atmospheric nitrogen, stimulate root development, and mobilize nutrients blocked in calcareous soils.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results obtained showed significant improvements in nutritional efficiency and stability of the agronomic system. In clementine, a sustained increase in Olsen phosphorus was recorded, while in orange, greater stability of available nitrogen and phosphorus was observed, along with an increase in cation exchange capacity. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the biological level, treated soils achieved high enzymatic activity with elevated \u03b2-glucosidase values and maintained high phosphatase activity, key indicators of functionality in Mediterranean calcareous soils.
